• Rudgeley top five at Women's Irish Open

West Australian Kirsten Rudgeley has earned her third top-five finish of the Ladies European Tour season with a tie for fifth at the 2024 KPMG Women’s Irish Open.

English star Annabel Dimmock won her first LET title in five years by defeating France's Pauline Roussin-Bouchard in a playoff, Rudgeley five shots back in a share of fifth with Thailand’s Trichat Cheenglab, Hong Kong’s Tiffany Chan and Italy’s Alessandra Fanali.

Rudgeley's performance at Carton House adds to previous top-five finishes at the Dormy Open Helsingborg and Amundi German Masters and see her climb to 21st on the Order of Merit.

There was a strong response from fellow West Australian Hannah Green at the inaugural FM Championship in Boston.

After opening with a round of 2-over 74, Australia's highest-ranked golfer bounced back with rounds of 69-69-67 to end the week in a tie for 10th as Korea's Haeran Ryu won in a playoff at TPC Boston.

Queenslander Cassie Porter remains on track to graduate to the LPGA Tour thanks to a tie for 22nd at the Four Winds Invitational on the Epson Tour while Stephanie Bunque logged a top-20 finish at the LET Access Series event in England.
